Here’s a list of my freshly baked favourite treats, but if you don't see something, I am happy to have a chat to create something special for you. Everything I make is freshly baked to perfection and ready for you to enjoy.

Using almond ground, amaretto, butter and fresh eggs to enhance the taste of seasonal fruits (Pear, Raspberry, Rhubarb, Fig) in a home made sweet shortcrust pastry.

SHORTBREAD BISCUITS

PEAR & CHOCOLATE CAKE

Fresh pears gently poached in a syrup with spices and then mixed in a creamy egg, sugar and flour mixture with chocolate chips.

Seasonal vegetables enclosed in a home made shortcrust pastry...Vegeterian version of the famous cornish pasty. Perfect for a lunch on the go!

Freshly made buns with an "ounce" of cinnamon, cardamom and nuts and raisins. With a coffee, you are set for the day.

Hi, I am Claire, French, living in England.
For as long as I remember, cooking has always played a big role in my life. Watching my mother and my grandmother, trying old family recipes to experimenting with making my own.
My goal? To share and spread joy, by bringing you simple home made food. Using good, quality ingredients to create moments that you can share with a cup of tea around your table.

Collection every Friday between 3-5 pm or home delivery after 5 pm (free delivery for Cottenham, Waterbeach, Rampton, Wilburton, Histon, Impington, Milton, Longstanton, Westwick, Oakington, Girton).

"Claire's baking is amazing. Yesterday we had family afternoon tea with Stem Ginger Chocolate Hearts cake; Blueberry and Marzipan cakes and Almond Pear Tart. The whole family enjoyed them as an afternoon tea and the verdict from all of us was that they are simply delicious. You really have a flair for baking, Claire. We couldn’t even name a favourite because they were all lovely. Chocolate and stem ginger – amazing combination and the marzipan in the blueberry muffins made them all the more special. Loved them.

"Absolutely amazing cakes. We tried the Stem Ginger and Date loaf cake, Fruit tart with apple and some chocolate brownies and all were delicious. I also have some vegetarian pasties in my freezer to try, but my Mum had some and said they were really good. Would highly recommend anything on Claire's menu. I was impressed by the detailing that Claire goes to with the presentation, packaging and labelling as well.."
